The Content team is responsible for making sure that every single product for sale on SofasWorld has the right information and images showing so that you can make a well–informed choice about what you want to buy. The Content team also has the job of providing essential product features and benefits across the whole site so you can navigate around SofasWorld easily and without a fuss. |

| IT |
|
The IT team do all the behind–the–scenes technical work on SofasWorld to keep the site fully functioning, bug–free and open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The IT team are also tasked with making sure all your orders go through the system properly as well as ironing out any additional technical problems that crop up. |

| Accounts |
|
Making sure the money side of the business is in order at all times is the Accounts team. The Accounts team take care of everything from paying our suppliers on time and filing the invoices for the taxman to sorting all your order payments and organising the staff payroll. |

| Customer Service |

Our Customer Service team for commercial furniture are there to answer any product or order questions and to sort out any problems that have occurred. With good knowledge of all SofasWorld’s products they’ll be able to advise you if you have any questions on your purchase as well as find your missing orders and replace your faulty items. |
